Agreeing to these terms
dealentia.com is run by Harrah's Illinois LLC, 151 North Joliet Street, Joliet, IL 60432. Reading or otherwise using Dealentia means you accept the terms below; anyone who disagrees should leave the site.
Fair use of Dealentia
Read Dealentia freely, cite a few lines with a link to the source page, and pass entries along to friends. Bulk scraping, security probing and passing off Dealentia text as someone else's work are all forbidden.
Who may use the site
Dealentia is written for adults: every Dealentia reader must have turned 18, or 21 where the law of their state or country fixes that higher age for resort venues of this kind. Individual hotels also set their own minimum ages for check-in and for certain areas.
Remit of Dealentia
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Dealentia's entries rely on what each resort and other public sources said when we last checked them. Restaurants close, pools change hours and policies get rewritten, so confirm the details with the property before travelling.
Ownership links you should know about
Our publisher owns Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel, the first entry, which is therefore the publisher's own resort. Horseshoe St. Louis, Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf and Harrah's Metropolis belong to the same parent group and are marked as sister properties.
Responsibility for outside websites
Dealentia's outbound links open websites run by hotels and, at times, by partner networks. Dealentia has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their pages, room availability, rates or later rate changes, resort or amenity fees, taxes, cancellation terms or the behaviour of any booking platform. Whatever you book, the agreement is yours with the hotel or platform concerned.
Copyright and trademarks
Dealentia's wording, line drawings and page design are owned by Harrah's Illinois LLC or used under licence. Resort names and logos stay with their respective owners; Dealentia mentions them purely to identify each property.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep entries right, but Dealentia comes without warranties of any kind. As far as Illinois and other applicable law permit, the publisher is not liable for loss caused by acting on what the site says or by any dealings you have with hotels, platforms or networks.
Applicable law and courts
Illinois law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Illinois, except where consumer law in the place you live grants you protections that cannot be signed away.
